Is Teak Unique delivering during the COVID-19 pandemic?
We continue to provide an on-time, no contact, outside delivery service in line with government guidelines. The wellbeing of our customers and delivery team remains our highest priority. Please read our FAQ’s for further details.
What are the Teak Unique delivery charges?
Delivery is FREE for all orders over £751.
Delivery charges apply as follows: £15 for orders up to £150, £45 for orders between £151-£450, £75 for orders between £451-£750.
Applicable to UK mainland only.
How long do Teak Unique deliveries take?
Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you to confirm the delivery plan within 2 working days.
Deliveries via Teakunique’s own white glove delivery team to London, the Home Counties, and the majority of Southern England are usually delivered on Fridays and Saturdays within 5-10 days of order and a 1-hour delivery slot is given.
Deliveries via our preferred courier to the Midlands, Northern England, Wales and Scotland are usually delivered within 5-15 days or order and a 2-hour delivery slot is given.
Orders sent via ParcelForce are usually delivered within 5 days.
What is Teakunique’s white glove delivery service?
Fully assembled furniture is delivered with packaging materials already removed and placed in the desired location ready for instant use.
If access is restricted, tables can be delivered with legs detached and assembled onsite.
This is a one-man service, and our drivers may require assistance carrying heavier furniture such as larger tables or benches. If you require a two-man service, please email us for a quote.
This service is available to the majority of postcodes in London and the South of England.
Can Teak Unique deliver to non-UK mainland and Europe?

What is Teak Unique’s cancellation and returns policy?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the good(s) for all online, telephone, email and showroom or event orders, and we will refund in full the cost of the good(s) still in a new and unused condition. All we ask is that you pay the full costs of returning the order (or part of the order).
If you place an order using our Teakunique Bespoke service, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of the time the order was made and receive a full refund. After 24 hours and up to 14 days after receipt, we will offer a 50 percent refund if you choose to cancel, with the exception of the Personalise service. As with our other returns, all we ask is that you pay the full costs of returning the order (or part of the order).
What is Teak Unique’s guarantee period?
Whilst our teak garden furniture is manufactured using the best materials and to the highest standards, faults and defects can occasionally occur. We guarantee to repair or replace defective furniture within 5 years of purchase.
Natural grain movement or colour change does not constitute a fault.
Defective furniture treated with products will not be replaced as many artificial products deplete the wood of natural oils and weaken furniture.
Unless there is a structural defect in the product delivered to you, we do not accept returns of any products notified to us later than 14 days after receipt.
