FREE UK mainland delivery for all orders over £951. Delivery charges apply as follows: £15 for orders up to £150, £45 for orders between £151-450, £75 for orders between £451-750, and £95 for orders between £751-950. For European and non UK mainland deliveries, please email us for a quote.
Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you to confirm the delivery plan within 2 working days. Deliveries via Teakunique’s delivery team to London, the Home Counties, and West Country are usually dispatched within 10 days of order and a 1-hour delivery slot is given. Deliveries via our preferred courier to the Midlands, Northern England, Wales and Scotland are usually delivered within 20 days of order and a 2-hour delivery slot is given. Orders sent via ParcelForce are delivered within 5 days. Products on backorder will be available for delivery in Spring 2020.
Our standard delivery service is a one-man service. Someone must be present at the delivery address, and be able to assist with carrying heavier furniture such as tables and benches. If you prefer a two-man delivery service, please email us for a quote.
All furniture is fully assembled, with the exception of tables. Tables can be delivered fully assembled, or assembled once onsite by Teakunique’s delivery team, for the majority of UK mainland postcodes
Cancellation and Returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the good(s) for all online, telephone, email and showroom or event orders, and we will refund in full the cost of the good(s) still in a new and unused condition. All we ask is that you pay the full costs of returning the order (or part of the order).
If you place an order using our Teakunique Bespoke service, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of the time the order was made and receive a full refund. After 24 hours and up to 14 days after receipt, we will offer a 50 percent refund if you choose to cancel, with the exception of the Personalise service. As with our other returns, we ask is that you pay the full costs of returning the order (or part of the order).
Whilst our teak garden furniture is manufactured using the best materials and to the highest standards, faults and defects can occasionally occur. We guarantee to repair or replace defective furniture, depending on age and at our discretion.
Unless there is a structural defect in the product delivered to you, we do not accept returns of any products notified to us later than 14 days after receipt.
