We will aim to deliver your order within 3 to 14 days. When we accept your order, you will be contacted to confirm the estimated delivery date (or arrange a mutually convenient collection date). You will then be contacted again within 2 working days of the confirmed date and be given a 2-hour delivery slot. Someone must be present at the delivery address. We only deliver to the UK mainland.
A flat rate delivery charge of £60 will be added to orders placed on our website. Alternatively, you may opt to collect from our showroom.
Delivery charges for orders placed by phone, email, or at our showrooms or events, are dependent on distance and size of order. Please contact us for an accurate quotation.
Cancellation and Returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the good(s) for all online, telephone, email and showroom or event orders, and we will refund the cost of the good(s) to you. All we ask is that you pay the full costs of returning the order (or part of the order).
If you place an order using our Teakunique Bespoke service, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of the time the order was made and receive a full refund. After 24 hours and up to 14 days after receipt, we will offer a 50 percent refund if you choose to cancel, with the exception of the Personalise service. As with our other returns, we ask is that you pay the full costs of returning the order (or part of the order).
Whilst our teak garden furniture is manufactured using the best materials and to the highest standards, faults and defects can occasionally occur. We guarantee to repair or replace defective furniture, depending on age and at our discretion.
Unless there is a structural defect in the product delivered to you, we do not accept returns of any products notified to us later than 14 days after receipt.
